At Rugby 1823 Academy, we specialise in delivering high-quality rugby coaching for young athletes aged 13–16. Our sessions are led by experienced and qualified coaches with a background in both grassroots and junior professional setups, ensuring each player receives expert guidance tailored to their stage of development.
Our Academy runs weekly, term-time sessions every Monday evening from 17:30 to 18:30, providing consistent, structured coaching that focuses on developing core technical skills, game understanding, and decision-making under pressure. Each session is designed to challenge players in a fun, engaging environment, supporting both individual improvement and team-based learning.
In addition to our term-time programme, we also run summer skills camps — intensive 3-day coaching blocks designed to sharpen players’ abilities and boost their confidence ahead of the new season. These camps offer a fantastic opportunity for players to refine their fundamentals, learn new techniques, and maintain momentum during the off-season.
